Dr. Magdalena Langosch is a Strategy / Mergers & Acquisitions Consultant in London, specialised in Commercial Due Diligence and Strategy development for SME and a visiting lecturer at Imperial College Business School, where is leads the MBA elective ‘International Business’. She obtained a PhD in International Business and Strategy, her research interest and focus lays on international business partnerships, including M&As, joint ventures and strategic alliances.

Magdalena is also an associate consultant for Intercultural Management at the Hofstede Institute in Helsinki, where she obtained training on the subject based on the well-known Hofstede Cultural Theory/ Framework.

With over 10 years’ experience in Higher Education, Magdalena enjoys promoting Learning and Development in Universities and organisations equally. Her passion lays in intercultural communication and global strategy, which she incorporates in her teaching and research and published in a series of outlets (Academy of Management Discoveries Journal, THE Magazine). In 2021 she was awarded with the prestigious British Academy/ Leverhulme Research grant, to support her ongoing research.

Magdalena also practices as a Learning Consultant for the Emeritus Institute.
