Additionally, he holds an OEEK accredited Certificate in Computerized Accounting.
With over twenty-five years of experience, Artemios has built a robust career in the crewing and human resources realm. Currently serving as a Human Resources Supervisor at one of Greece’s largest and most reputable bulk carrier shipping companies, he oversees crucial tasks within the Human Resources Department. His responsibilities primarily involve the screening, selection, programming, and preparation of seafarers in compliance with National Conventions and Flag Regulations (such as IMO, MLC, and Flag State regulations), as well as managing budget units and conducting candidate interviews. Furthermore, he actively contributes to educational parameters within his field.
Continuously seeking growth and professional development, Artemios frequently participates in conferences and seminars, enriching his knowledge base and expanding his cognitive horizons. He has also showcased his expertise as a speaker and panelist at numerous shipping and business executive forums. Moreover, since 2008, he has been sharing his wealth of experience and insights by lecturing at both undergraduate and postgraduate shipping courses.
