Kit Lim is a diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and leadership coach and has extensive experience in DEI, employee wellbeing and engagement. She is currently the global head of culture, diversity, equity and inclusion at a maritime company and prior to her career in DEI, was leading business development and marketing teams in Asia Pacific. Kit also currently sits on the D&I committee for Britcham Singapore and WISTA International.
Kit holds a Bachelor in Business Management from Singapore Management University and had also previously studied Japanese management at Keio University in Japan. She is also a certified coach, mental health first aider, mentor and facilitator. She is recognized by Tigerhall, a social learning platform as one of the leading “Thinkfluencer” in culture engagement and regularly speaks on panels and keynote speeches relating to DEI, leadership, purpose, culture, people development and engagement. She has spoken at events organized by Google, HSBC, Lockton, GSK, British High Commissioner Singapore amongst others.
She is also a mother of two and enjoys a glass of Moscato or hot chocolate and is in for a good conversation anytime.
