Evie Bakogianni is an accomplished maritime professional with over 20 years of experience spanning ship management, procurement, technical coordination, and construction project management. She currently serves as PMS Engineer at Maran Tankers Shipholdings Ltd., while also owning and managing Lagertha Realties and a private construction machinery business. Her expertise includes planned maintenance, ISO standards auditing, ERP implementation, and business development.
Throughout her career, Evie has held senior positions such as Procurement Manager at Southpoint Maritime and Stamco Ship Management Co Ltd., where she also managed JIBE ERP implementation projects. She has extensive experience as a Technical Coordinator and Marine Engineer, leading teams in the management and maintenance of vessels, as well as heading machinery planned maintenance programs.
In addition to her operational and managerial roles, Evie has contributed to maritime education as a lecturer at Athens Metropolitan College and as a seminar tutor at the Technical University of Denmark, delivering practical courses in technology, economics, and management for master-level students.
