Ms. Yannica Hayles is a Logistics Professional with over 15 years experience working alongside a team at Delta Supply Company. She specializes in Procurement and is responsible for purchasing, shipping, pricing, and costing for all assigned brands, such as Karcher, Stens, Kholer, and Eliet to list a few. Her Bsc. in Logistics and Supply Chain Management degree acquired from the Caribbean Maritime University allows her to be solely responsible for all shipping related logistics for over sixty (60) international suppliers for the company.
Through the use of a variety of progressive systems and applications, Yannica has developed a procedural method that improves the estimated overall shipping cost on company shipments; a method that assists the company in offering customers a more promising and competitive product price, as well as eradicating the company’s former rule of “No Sale Discounts Allowed” – as the company sub-dealers now benefit from a 10%-25% discount established within this developed method.
