In any negotiation,  attitude, knowledge and skill are important and…  likely to affect the ultimate outcome.

This course is about the core chartering and shipping knowledge required, as to the charterparty and its terms (expressed and implied), other documents, the types of charter and proformas used, the process and its stages, the parties to the charter and the market. At the same time issues as good faith and seaworthiness will be also discussed.
